* Websphere Commerce Server, J2EE, Struts,
* Experienced in customization of Websphere Commerce tools, Ajax, Dojo, Jquery, XSL, Javascript, HTML,
* Good Communication Skills.
* Deep understanding of OO design
* Drive mid-level planning exercises with engineers
* Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriately
* Write bug-free code.
* Collaborate with senior-level leadership from the Digital Commerce practice to understand, plan and implement R&D efforts.
