Selected candidates shall be on probation for one year and placed in the scale of Rs.20,600-46,500. In addition to Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance and other Allowances / Perquisites subject to a maximum ceiling of 50% of basic pay shall be given. At present the gross monthly emolument works out to approx. Rs.40000/-.
The officer shall also be entitled to Performance Related Pay, PF, Gratuity and Superannuation benefits which will be as per Corporation rules.

The last date for making an online application is 28/12/2009. Applications sent by any other means/mode will not be entertained.
After submitting the application form, candidates are required to take a print out of the Acknowledgment Slip which will have the name of the candidate, stream, city of written examination and a unique registration number. The print out of the original Acknowledgment Slip along with Demand Draft, mark-sheets (all pages particularly in the case of CGPA/OGPA or Letter Grade), proof of date of birth and caste certificate will have to be the given address, by ORDINARY POST. Candidates have to keep a photocopy of their application form and the Acknowledgment Slip to be submitted at the time of the Final Selection process.
