Fresher - Presently PCS Technology Ltd. is looking out for Call coordinators.
The responsibilities of the candidates would be-
Monitoring calls, assigning the calls to the respective customer support engineer.
Resolving the problem Remotely through net meeting and also telephonic support.
Preparing daily and monthly reports.
Follow up with vendors for pending calls and the spare parts required.
Only male Candidates are considered.
