Cleveland based manufacturer/distributor only hires the best and the brightest. Supervise and participate in monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close processes, internal financial reporting, account analysis, fixed assets accounting, and special projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supervise and participate in monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close for assigned corporate business units and centralized accounting functions.
* Perform and/or review complex accounting reconciliation and analysis.
* Maintain integrity of SAP general ledger.
* Develop and ensure adherence to accounting policies.
* Perform financial analysis as required.
* Prepare various ad hoc reports, conducts analysis, and completes special projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS
* Five plus years of experience in public accounting or industry
* Accounting degree
* Masters degree, CPA, CMA preferred
* Strong GAAP knowledge
* SAP experience
