Responsibilities:
Analyse and Reviews Projects on weekly basis with PMs / PEs and escalates the issues to Regional Planning Manager / ROM.
Analysis of Planning of Despatches / Revenue and ensure maintain as per monthly plan.
Accountable for accuracy & timely delivery of all project reports & forecasts related to the project schedules on allocated projects.
Participate actively in all Project review meetings and ensure delivery commitments.
Close Co-ordination with PMs, PEs, Contractors and Buying organization.
Prepare, Analyse Tracking Sheet for each and every Project and ensure prompt execution.
Identify immediate needing items at site and ensure it reaches site following all laid down processes.
Analyse Indent - PR - PO - Material Despatch - Material Reaching at site
Ensure Project Process Audits on periodical basis
Handles STPI / SEZ / Customs etc. at region and ensures every shipment is cleared within 07 days of its arrival at Airport.
