Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a growing SW Ohio Company to find and qualify candidates for their Software Support Manager. Must have the drive and passion to learn the business and the software product. This job is not in the Software Development group, so the candidate will at least has the skill set to troubleshoot code or configuring software from an application perspective using software utilitiesPast management hire/fire experience. Experience with SQL Server, software integration, network and PC platforms is required. Experience with custom software deployments and the configuration of networking hardware and operating systems is essential. NOT LOOKING for a manager with software expertise and a desire to learn custom software that has some management; NOT LOOKING for someone reluctant to learn software and purely operates on a delegation basis
deal Candidate
Experience with Help Desk, Networks, Software Development/Application and Management

Strong Plus
Experience with SQL Server, software integration, network and PC platforms
Ability to write SQL scripts and stored routines is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of the following technologies is highly desirable: Windows Server 2000, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, SQL Server 2005, SQL, IIS, ASP, and XML. Past experience in a Tier II/III Help Desk role
Microsoft Certifications - MCS and MCP is a strong plus.
4 year degree
