Pre-sales initiatives in understanding the client’s requirement, responding to various client’s request, making proposals, filling EOI/RFP/RFQ/

Liasoning with the state and district level government officials Identify issues and concerns in implementation of e-Governance initiatives and to ensure alignment of various e-Governance projects with overall NeGP objectives, identify issues and resolving them Preparation of Detailed Project Reports(DPR), Functional Requirement Specification(FRS), Developing proposals, Expression of Interest, Report writing, Presentations and Background Research etc tendering and preparing cost sheets and business model Conceptualizing and executing strategies; assess market potential, competition and client preferences to ensure achievement of key organizational targets and E-Districts, E-Mitra.

Identify new market segments, tap profitable business opportunities after negotiating with the clients Provide inputs on policy guidelines issued by central agencies / committees.

Resolving issues related to technical, architectural, support, inter dependency, standards, security, core and support or shared infrastructure
Identify development needs of SeMT personnel and ensure specific training interventions are administered Program Management, Project Monitoring and implementation by Interfacing with clients for Business Process Analysis and Mapping with identification of requirements / and priorities, Understanding & coordinating client’s ensuring adherence to delivery schedules with involvement in implementation, Providing consultancy services to clients by onsite / offsite research, data analysis and interpretation, creating strategic construct, etc.

Also offering and providing post consultancy support to organization as and when required by the client

Develop program monitoring framework.

Monitor implementation of MMPs and NeGP component

Communicate and co-ordinate with other functional groups and OEM for projects.
Interfacing with clients to understand their requirements, co-ordinating with the technical team & devising viable solutions.

Ensuring technical deliverables of concurrent projects.

Resourcing requirement analysis - software and manpower.

Meeting deadlines without compromising quality norms.
