Architecture

· Should have architected multiple enterprise class applications

· Should have knowledge of various architecture decisions, and non-functional requirement considerations

· Should have created architecture artifacts for engagements

· Will be responsible for architecting enterprise-class solutions, and for assessing architected solutions

· Will be responsible for building architecture views and preparing solution architecture documents

Technology

· Should be aware of most Microsoft technologies in a breadth fashion, and should have depth in at least two areas (for example, .Net 3.x, SQL Server, etc.)

· Breadth-level knowledge on Microsoft products like Microsoft Office SharePoint Server, BizTalk, and Commerce Serve

· Should be aware of current architecture paradigms like SOA, S+S, etc.

· Will be responsible for taking technology decisions, and in assisting technology evaluation

· Will be responsible for making business cases for technology decisions

· Will be responsible for doing assessments at a performance level on a given technology stack

· Must be able to understand other technology stacks, to be able to communicate with other architects

· Must be aware of architectural paradigms and patterns and be able to apply them to definition and assessment exercises

SDLC

· Should be able to understand functional and non-functional requirements

· Should be able to estimate and validate efforts and costs for proposed solutions

· Will be responsible for translating requirements to architecture

· Will be responsible for gathering non-functional requirements

· Should be aware of most Microsoft technologies in a breadth fashion, and should have depth in at least two areas (for example, .Net 3.x, SQL Server, etc.)

· Should have 3 years of relevant experience in Architecting
