Primary Responsibilities:
Motivating and developing the agents to successfully sell the Company products to the investors.
Using customer relationships to mobilize funds under various schemes.
Understanding the Investors needs, educating them about our different schemes, suggesting the appropriate schemes to meet their requirement thereby converting them to buy the schemes.
Sales paperwork and data collation and reporting.
Co-ordinating with the respective departments to ensure a smooth redressal of the post-sales requirements of investors.
Communication, Analytical Skills and Persuasiveness.
Market knowledge (industry / company)
Fluency in one local language of the chosen place will be an added advantage.
AMFI (Advisory) module qualified mandatory.
