Ability of work with global clients and address production support issues on DBA
L2 and L3 level capability to perform activities on Oracle 9i, 10G domain
L3 level skill sets in Unix platform
Should be able to plan, deploy and track change management and problem management processes
Ability to manage the project and team will be preferred
Should be familiar with remote management tools and technology
Build and apply practice improvements for the production support
