1. Site experience of around 6-8 years in Retail, Commercial & Office Sector.
2. Having thorough knowledge of design of all elements of HVAC and related BMS works in these sectors.
3. Rate analysis of all items / components associated with all these works.
4. Excel, MS-word and AutoCAD.
5. Capable of preparation of bar chart with WBS for all services work, preparation of budget, costing and cash flow with regular review, tracking and update of these components.
6. Regular interaction with consultants to extract all deliverables as envisioned by the management for the concept finalized by them, finalize BOQ,specifications and makes of items for tendering in contracts section. Approval of all these concepts, BOQ, specification and makes with management.
7. Interaction with site for resolving all issues in consultation with H.O. and consultants. Cost management for all components of services.
