Job Profile:
1. Ensure execution of RA Billing Assurance processes as per process and check list and update from time to time in line with business requirements. Ensure Billing processes are well covered by RA controls and audits by way of reconciliations and possible leakage areas are controlled thru well defined RA process controls. Own the complete RA billing process for error free and timely Billing. Dashboards and control of activities.
2. Ensure robust processes for New products. Assure that all new products are validated/ tested through pro-forma check before bill cycle.This ensures that there is no revenue leakage due to wrong configurations/provisioning through sample validation.Proper tracking of SLA?s and TAT for cross functional deliverables.
3. Prevention of Revenue Leakage To monitor & ensure execution of current processes & validation of activities are error free and highlight the limitations if any. RA Control Reconciliations. Cross functional deliverables. Possible Revenue leakage due to system limitations or people /process issues. 4. Contribution towards customer satisfaction To monitor & execute pre and post bill activities to ensue correct and completeness of billing.
